I am a “hands on” owner. Our crews have been with us for years; professional and courteous. We do not just take the lowest subcontractor bids and we do not hire illegal or minimum wage workers for your project. We believe men should care about the work they are doing and a good wage speaks volumes to their overall performance and quality of workmanship. The choice is simple – we could overcharge you for a lot of fancy and expensive overhead, or we can pay experienced, skilled labor and provide “hands on” owner supervision to work at your project. There is no better jobsite supervision then when the owner is on property every day making sure workmanship and building specifications are inspected for quality control, and that scheduling and customer service is top notch as well.
Think about your experience with our competitors: power point presentations, fancy brochures, bells and whistles, constantly courting you; but none of these sales people will be working daily at your project. It is just common sense – the overhead of our competitors means a lessened quality of the construction that goes on at your property.
You have a choice, who do you trust with your project – the dog and pony show company – or the “hands on” owner supervision company?
Feel free to call me anytime, I would like to meet you.
